We do not wish to restrict your movements in any way, but we must ask you to respect Thai law, and not do anything to cause distress or annoyance to other tenants.

Please do not scatter food for the birds, as it encourages rats and roaches. We hold you responsible for any damage or loss to the premises or fittings, caused by you, or any guest invited on to the premises by you.

You may not permit persons to stay overnight, in excess of the number for which beds are provided. Please note that facilities are provided for tenants.

Guest numbers may not exceed the number of paying tenants. Parking is restricted to tenants only. Please do not hang towels, or other items, on the balcony rails. This is unsightly, and damages the paintwork Drying lines are  available on the roof of the old building.

Please remove sun oils and lotions in the shower before using the pool, as the filters cannot remove these substances. We do not permit fireworks on the premises, and water fights must remain outside.
